statement: Are avant-garde practices still important to you?
Avantgarde artists especially from early 1900s have a huge influence on me. I’m working/doing my works in the crack that they made on the surface of art. Without education or a special talent I can produce works with/within the results of their efforts for bringing together art and concepts so I can make images of thoughts and concepts. Text plaids are about the relation between text and texture and can be seen one of many dadaist methods of re/de-construction of texts.

All lines were chosen randomly as a genuine dadaist method. These text plaids can have infinite variations and can manifest their natures and contents in infinite forms. Text lines woven with basket weaving method. They are 10×10 cm.
